Due to the handmade (customizable) nature of our products, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of all colors/components/style. In this case, we will immediately contact you via email for other options. Please expect a reply within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends via email for other options. You may cancel your order anytime by replying to our email. We will arrange for a refund if payment has already been made. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ONLY APPLIES TO ORDERS THAT ARE OUT-OF-STOCK AND CUSTOM MADE.


TOTAL PROCESSING TIME OF ORDERS UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT IS BETWEEN 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends). This includes 2 to 3 days for us to assemble and pack your orders and 3 to 4 days for courier to deliver to your place. We process orders on a first-come first-served basis only. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders but kindly make sure you have given us reasonable time to make and assemble your orders. We recommend availing of our 2 DAY DELIVERY SHIPPING OPTION for orders that are needed within 5 days or less.

FOR RUSH ORDER REQUESTS, KINDLY INDICATE THE SPECIFIC DATE THAT YOU NEED THE ITEM TO ARRIVE AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS UPON CHECKOUT. We ship thru a third-party courier and we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. Please allow at least 24 hours allowance before the actual date you will use the items ordered. We have the right to refuse and cancel rush orders that we believe will not meet the given deadline.

All orders are insured up to a maximum of  up to $40 in case of loss during transit. We will not be liable to losses and delays that are not due to our own fault or caused by force of nature. We will do our best to track lost packages but it is the responsibility of the customer to follow-up and verify the status of their orders once it is sent to the courier.


You may cancel your order anytime if payment has not been made. Please send us an email at gynna[at]gynnamade.com with your name, order tracking number and your reason for the cancellation. We regret that we will no longer allow cancellation of orders if payment has already been made. Orders are immediately prepared as soon as payment is confirmed. Therefore, we cannot allow cancellation of orders once payment is made.

We choose and create our products carefully to make sure that you get the best quality at the best price. However, please remember that all of our pieces sold are handmade. Although we inspect each piece before it is shipped, we are only human and we may have missed a flaw. In this case, contact us within 7 days from date of receipt of your order and we would gladly replace the item if found that the damage/defect is due to our own fault. Returns and Exchanges for custom designs are not allowed.
